SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, a leading real estate school, and its sister school, Hogan School of Real Estate, today announced a significant milestone as they celebrate the highest first-time exam pass rates in real estate in the state of Arizona in 2023. Both schools have reached this achievement for the last five consecutive years.

“Our goal is to encourage new and aspiring agents to enter the profession with confidence and connections”

“First and foremost, we want to congratulate our students, who are the hard-working learners that have earned this impressive achievement. We are so proud to share this exciting news and to celebrate together what it means for our students to enroll and learn with us as the schools with the highest first-time real estate exam pass rates in the state,” said Greg Muir, Executive Vice President of Arizona School of Real Estate & Business and Hogan School of Real Estate.

Arizona School of Real Estate & Business and Hogan School of Real Estate prepared nearly 8,000 students in 2023 to take the real estate exam. In 2023, average pass rates for students in both schools were 78 percent for students who learned online with the schools and 65-68 percent for in-person learners. Both percentages made up the highest first-time pass rates in the state of Arizona for real estate school students.

“Our learning experience for students combines information-rich content with practical test preparation, which together help prepare our students to take and pass the state exam,” said Andrew Robinson, Senior Director of Product Content & Innovation at Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and Hogan School of Real Estate.

Brokers look at overall pass rates among schools to help determine which schools can best position aspiring agents to pass the exam and succeed in the profession. These schools then become partners that brokers work with to recruit their future agents.

“Recruiting is one of our top priorities, and our new agents have scaled so quickly. Part of this success is partnering with Hogan as our local real estate school,” said Debby Chop, Director of Growth at eXp Realty, Wilhems Group. “Hogan always helps our recruits and makes sure they feel comfortable taking and passing their exams, which, in turn, helps our team thrive.”

Arizona School of Real Estate & Business and Hogan School of Real Estate also participate in career fairs and host networking events to connect brokers with new and aspiring agents.

“Our goal is to encourage new and aspiring agents to enter the profession with confidence and connections,” continued Muir. “We've served more students in Arizona than any other real estate school, we have instructors with decades of real estate experience and a proven track record of success in the local market. From pre-licensing courses to broker networking and continuing education, our schools are there for every step in their real estate career. Succeeding on the real estate exam means having a strong command of the knowledge and tools they need to enter the real estate sector and become successful agents.”
