About Bob Kutschbach
Bob has been on the faculty of Hondros College since 1989. During that time Bob has taught over 60 different courses to more than 50,000 students, developed many real estate courses and edited numerous text books. Bob was named instructor of the year in 1993 and 2007.
Bob is currently the broker/owner of an independent real estate company he founded in 1990 and has over 200 agents. He has served on the Board of the Columbus REALTORS®, Columbus MLS, the Broker’s Advisory Committee and the Board of Ohio REALTORS®. He earned his $25 Million Dollar Award in 2017 and his Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. Additionally, in 2019, he was named Columbus REALTORS® Broker of the Year.
