Does ASREB offer online real estate continuing education in Arizona?
Yes, ASREB offers real estate continuing education in three formats: self-paced online, instructor-led livestream, and in-person classroom. What do brokers need for Arizona real estate CE renewal?
Brokers complete 30 hours for renewal. Designated, delegated associate, and self-employed brokers also complete 9 hours of Broker Management Clinic as part of that requirement. We cover those clinic hours through our Broker Management Clinic courses and include them in our 30-hour broker package.
Do I need the Firewise, Deed Fraud, and Arizona Water topics for renewal?
If you renew on or after January 1, 2025, Arizona requires 1 hour each on Firewise, Deed Fraud, and Arizona Water as part of your required CE hours. We offer a “Fire | Water | Deed” course under General credit on this page to help you meet that requirement.

Livestream runs live at a scheduled time with an instructor. Online courses are self-paced, so you complete them on your own timeline.
How many CE hours can I take in one day?
Arizona accepts no more than 9 hours of continuing education in a single day. Plan your schedule with that limit in mind when you stack classes.
