Accredited Buyer Representative ABR® Designation – “Core Course”

The cornerstone of buyer representation education, this comprehensive “core” course covers this specialty top to bottom and is required to earn the ABR® designation. Topics of this two-day program include:

ABR® Designation Requirements

  • Complete the two-day “Core” Course and one elective course.
  • Demonstrate practical experience by completing and closing five real estate transactions in which you functioned as a buyer’s representative.
  • Be a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® and REBAC, the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council of NAR.

Renewal Credit for the 2-day “Core” Course

ADRE 9 hours Agency Law & 3 hours Contract Law & 3 hours Disclosure


REBAC will provide 12 months free membership to each student who successfully completes the ABR® course. Second year is $110 but pro rated based on the month you joined rebac.

Real Estate BUYER AGENT’S Council

She is a National Association of REALTORS® Instructor with designations and certifications – C2EX, AHWD, ABR®, RSPS, SFR, PSA, HFR, ePRO®, MRP, SRES, GREEN, R.E.A.L. and CSA.

She is a Certified Arizona Department of Real Estate Virtual and In-Class Instructor teaching at the Colibri Group for the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and Hogan Real Estate School. Her teaching credentials include an Arizona Department of Education in Adult Education License and Arizona Department of Real Estate Certification.

Suzy is an academic scholar with bachelor’s and master’s degrees with Distinguished Achievement Awards. Her education emphasis was corporate training, business management and real estate with Honors from Universities and Private Schools of Business and Education. She is listed in the National Organization of Female Executives.

She is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association [REEA) and honorably earned the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor [DREI] designation, the Gold Standard Instructor [GSI] certification which are designed to enhance instructor delivery and improve student learning. She is a member with the REALTOR® Association Professional Development Directors & Educators [RAPDD] and American Real Estate Society [ARES].

Beyond real estate experience, Suzy’s involvement in political activities, aspirations to become a lobbyist or Justice of the Peace, and her participation in various organizations demonstrate her multifaceted and community-oriented approach. Suzy’s dedication to family, evidenced by her Blue Star Mother status and her family’s military service, adds a personal touch to her profile. She is a SHRINER for the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America [LOSNA] – Sphinx Court #65.

In her leisure time, Suzy enjoys exploring art exhibits, going on road trips, and participating in women’s retreats, showcasing a well-rounded and adventurous personality.

  • You must sign in on the Class Attendance roster prior to the beginning of the course.
