HOLD: A Real Estate Proven Strategy

As President Franklin Roosevelt once declared: “Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.” With an emphasis on “purchased with common sense,” I believe it can be not only the safest, but also one of the best investments you can make.

Our market is strong. Our population growth continues adding approximately 100,000 new people to the Valley each year. Our property values are increasing. The rents are up and the interest rates and vacancy rates are low. This is a great time to acquire property using the “HOLD” strategy.
