The atmosphere in the local area in August always seems to shift. Retail shopping is a  bit more crowded and the street traffic is heavier than the previous couple of months. It’s evident many people are coming back from summer vacationing and new residents are settling in to prepare for a new year – for a large group, a new school year.

Our August issue contains information on two topics regarding our schools and Arizona’s growth: new homes and education. The spotlight continues to shine on Arizona for both of these topics as Phoenix recently took the fifth largest city position in the nation.

At the same time, this issue highlights an important announcement about the Scottsdale campus of the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business. As many of our readers have recently learned, the campus is moving to a new location from the Old Town Scottsdale area. Please see the ad on this spread and expect more details soon.
