May 2019 – Letter From the President

Nate Hoelzen
President, Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business

Dear Friends,

Let me be one of the first to wish all of our maternal readers out there a Happy Mother’s Day! Whether it’s quality time spent with family or a relaxing getaway – I hope you’re able to spend the day celebrating the love and support you give your families each and every day.

Later in May comes a time to remember those who lost their lives serving our country. These brave men and women paid the ultimate price so we could live safely and freely. Our debt for their sacrifices can never be repaid, however, we can thank and support the family members of our fallen heroes. Please join me in remembering our bravest Americans this Memorial Day.

With the Summer season rapidly approaching, I’m excited to share with you a recent addition to the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business curriculum. In April, we launched a brand-new offering for ASREB students – the ability to take our real estate pre-license course online! We are proud to be able to provide even more flexibility for those looking to further their career in real estate. Our online educational experience offers flexibility for those looking to learn on-the- go and at their own pace. Our online learners will receive the same well-rounded educational experience in real estate, mortgage, appraisal, home inspection, and contracting taught by seasoned instructors with practical, real-world experience. Register today and kickstart your new career this summer.

In this issue of The Journal, you’ll learn from the experts about new construction and the new home market. The process for building a new home comes with excitement and anxiety at the same time. The best way to be prepared is to be informed. Whether it is for yourself or your client, learning the industry and knowing the process is the best tools to have. This month’s issue will help you do just that!

Also, continue that education by joining us for the next segment of our seminar series, titled “The New Home Market: New Construction in the Valley” on May 31st from 9:00am – 12:30pm at our Scottsdale campus location. Our panel of experts come straight from the industry and will guide you through important information you need to know. You’ll learn what really goes into the process and the right questions to ask from experienced professionals.

We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Nate Hoelzen
President
